Your information deserves care.

Effective September 4, 2026

Faithful Decisions is currently an initiative operated by Rama Douglas. This notice covers the assistant, early-access registrations, research, cohort-interest, private invitation, and privacy forms.

Assistant and early-access information

Early-access registration collects your name, email, role, whether you are interested in personal or group use, contact consent, and submission time. This permits contact about assistant availability and the proposed paid offer. It does not create a purchase or enroll you in unrelated marketing.

The public examples do not send your notes to the assistant or save them to an account. A download is saved on your own device. In the invited personalized pilot, sign-in identifies your account. When you choose to prepare a brief, your situation and reflection answers are sent to OpenAI for processing. The assistant can make mistakes. We do not represent it as a human adviser.

We request that generated responses not be retained as API conversation objects. This is not a promise of zero retention by service providers: their abuse-monitoring and other applicable retention practices may still apply. See OpenAI’s API data information.

We save the resulting brief, its source-collection version, your next step, chosen review date, status, and outcome in a database linked to your account. We do not save the original input form separately. A brief can repeat information you supplied, so omit confidential and identifying details. Request counts are used to limit pilot use and cost. The owner and authorized service providers may access stored information when necessary to operate, support, or protect the service; these records are not end-to-end encrypted.

Saved decisions remain until you delete them or request deletion. You can delete a decision in your journal. Backups and provider records may persist for a limited period under their retention practices. Early-access requests are retained while we respond to your interest; you may request deletion or withdraw contact consent below. Review dates do not trigger automatic email or calendar messages. Information is not automatically shared with an employer, pastor, or leadership group.

Other information we collect

The research request form collects your name, email, role, organization-size band, consent choice, and submission time. It does not ask for the facts of your decision. Please do not enter confidential, privileged, health, financial-account, or other sensitive details.

The cohort form also collects your preferred meeting format. Private invitations record the provider, dates, facilitator, location, terms version, invoice link if provided, and time of acceptance. An invitation link grants access to its offer; keep it private. We do not collect card numbers or bank credentials.

How we use it

Research information is used to evaluate research fit, contact you about a possible conversation, and administer the research. A separate request for cohort details permits contact about that paid program and enrollment. Research consent alone does not subscribe you to sales outreach. We also protect the site and respond to privacy requests. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers for website hosting, secure access, data storage, email, and administrative support, including organizing requests and preparing correspondence. Rama remains responsible for participant decisions, and an appointed facilitator leads each cohort. A payment you choose to make is handled by the named provider and its payment processor under their notices. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect people and the service. We do not provide participant lists to churches, employers, or unrelated commercial partners. Before enrolling through a fiscal sponsor or another legal provider, we identify that provider and the enrollment information it needs to administer your program.

Research notes and retention

Contact details are kept separate from research notes. Unselected requests are deleted within 90 days after the current research round closes. Records needed to document consent, resolve a request, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations may be kept only as long as reasonably necessary. Any published synthesis will be anonymized and will not name you or your organization.

Unselected cohort applications are deleted within 90 days after a decision on the application. Enrollment, consent, and transaction records may be retained as needed to administer the program, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw permission for further contact. We may need to verify that you control the email address tied to the request.

Updates

This notice may change as the research practice develops. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
